Practice non-violence and harmony: Dalai to IndiansObserving that relationship between India and Tibet is like “guru and shishya” (teacher and disciple), Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama has urged Indians to imbibe and practice its ancient values of non-violence and religious harmony as propagated by leaders such as Mahatma Gandhi.He was talking to media at Pune.

“Great leaders such as Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela followed ‘ahimsa’ as it is the power of truth and a sign of strength”, Dalai Lama said last night.
